We are always on the lookout for senior-level (10-20 yrs experience) independent safety consultants who specialize in leadership development, communication skills, and culture-change management, and who possess exceptional facilitation skills and coaching abilities. All applicants must be able to demonstrate competency in the following areas:
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Leadership development
- Communication skills development
- Professional-development coaching
- Culture change and organizational change management
- Senior-leadership business partnering
In addition, special consideration will be given to candidates proficient in:
- coaching and developing industrial supervisors and leader EHS concepts
- safety-leadership principles
- safety-leadership culture development
- safety-leadership communication and facilitation
- safety-leadership employee engagement
