Description: Use this form to prepare for and complete a G.R.O.W. coaching session. Although intended to be used in conjunction with the Safety Meeting Observation form, you can also use this form to conduct any type of coaching session you wish!
Instructions: Complete as much information on the form as you can prior to your coaching session (e.g., employee name, coaching reason, date of coaching session, two points of praise and the goal you intend to focus on, your perception of the employee’s performance, possible options for improvement, and a draft version of a plan of action). Then fill in missing information (based on employee input) during the coaching session itself. When finished, enter your email address and click Submit. The coaching session data will be emailed directly to you!
